Great location mostly
Location of the hotel. Still an excellent beach even if no longer so pristine.
Lot of small mistakes from the staff. Got wrong room first night, restaurant was not ready with a gluten free offer even if reminded a few times before, etc etc.

Very much enjoyed, would recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!
The hotel setting is lovely, real beach side living! Set in a good location on the beach in terms of a nice part and good amenities, and not too busy! Albert was a great member of staff - knowledgeable and kind!
A small fridge in the room would be good, and a hair dryer.

the AC was doing some terrible noises all night. we couldn’t sleep at all.

The people at the front desk, restaurants, and housekeeping are so kind and helpful.
Continental breakfast is lacking, room near the busy main street, a generator running 24 hours a day, and lots of mosquitoes in the room
